Nominate Yourself or a Peer

IndiATA holds its Annual All Member Meeting every August and elects its Board of Directors every other year. 2027 is an election year, and nominations for the 2028 & 2029 Board of Directors open in August 2027. Members are invited to nominate themselves or another eligible member.

The Board appoints a three-member Nominating Committee. The committee invites nominations, confirms that each candidate is a member in good standing in a membership category eligible to hold office, and confirms each nominee’s consent before preparing the slate. Eligible voting members then elect officers by secure ballot, with results determined before new two-year terms begin January 1, 2028.

Nomination dates, the offices on the ballot, how to submit a nomination, and the voting period will be posted here once the Board sets the 2027 schedule.
